Our team reviewed each of these knee sleeves, comparing a variety of factors such as support, design, comfort, quality of the materials/fabric that the knee sleeve is made of, and general benefits.
1. WONDER STEPS
Our Score
9.5
The Results
We loved the comfort and support of the Wonder Steps Knee Sleeve.
It just feels good and is made of good materials. It was lightweight and comfortable to wear. We liked that it had good silicone anti-slip straps to prevent the knee sleeve from slipping and provide a good support. We also liked the side springs that help stabilize the knee during a workout.
The breathable fabric, while compressing and stabilizing, allows you to continue activities without any interruption of discomfort. We were also very impressed with the moisture absorption that kept our knee dry and without irritation, even when sweating. This is something that is often overlooked in other products.

THE BOTTOM LINE
Overall, we couldn’t find any major faults with this product. From the comfort and support, to the evaporation of moisture and the cooling of the temperature. The Wonder Steps knee sleeve offered good support and comfort and was comfortable to wear for a long time even under long pants. The only thing that bothered us is that this product is not available on Amazon or Walmart, it would be nice if they sell it there too.
2. IRON REBEL
Our Score
8.8
The Results
The Iron Rebel has a slim design (but a little thicker than the Rehband sleeve) and it is comfortable to wear under long pants.
We love the simplistic and lightweight design and the neoprene with double-stitch Binding, but it is less comfortable than silicone anti-slip strips because the double-stitch Binding creates some pressure in certain areas which causes discomfort during activity.
They are comfortable to wear for activity but they are not comfortable to wear for a long time because the fabric does not breathe, It elicits a displeasing sweaty feeling.

THE BOTTOM LINE
While this product provides good support, good compression and flexibility, The material can be quite uncomfortable and may roll down even though there is Double-stitch Binding, it does not provide the same grip as anti-slip straps. With a slight improvement like adding an anti-slip strap, it will allow for more comfortable wear.
3. REHBAND
Our Score

The Results
The Rehband has a slim design and it is comfortable to wear under long pants.
We love the simplistic and lightweight design. Unfortunately, due to the fabric type, this knee sleeve do not offer optimal comfort over extended periods of wear as its breathability is limited, leading to an unfavorable sensation of perspiration. This knee sleeve does not come with anti-slip straps, which may cause the knee sleeve to roll down.
They were easy to put on and take off thanks to the flexible Neoprene fabric, and they provided good support even though there were no side springs.

4. SHOCK DOCTOR
Our Score
8.0
The Results
The Shock Doctor is comfortable to wear, the material doesn’t feel cheap, the adjustable stretch bands gives good support and helps the knee sleeve to stay in place, but it might be too tight compared to other knee sleeves that don’t have these adjustable bands. The hole in the middle helps with venting and sweat but not like a breathable fabric. The side springs do a good job but they are not very flexible compared to other springs.
The thickness of the product and the presence of adjustable stretch bands contribute to discomfort when wearing it beneath long pants. Additionally, if the pants are tight, the product may not be suitable due to the sleeve’s thickness and the stretch straps.
Compared to other knee sleeves, this particular knee sleeve is heavier due to its thicker construction and the inclusion of adjustable bands.

THE BOTTOM LINE
While this product is comfortable to wear and provides good support and the adjustable stretch bands help the sleeve from not slide down, they can be too tight and uncomfortable to wear for a long time and under long pants. In our opinion, it would be good if this product was thinner so that it would be comfortable to wear even under long pants and if the weight of the product was less, such as replacing the adjustable stretch bands with an anti-slip strap and making the product lighter.
5. CEP
Our Score
7.8
The Results
The Cep sleeve is longer compared to the other knee sleeves, the breathable fabric from which it is made feels good to the touch and is lightweight, a silicone strap on the side of the sleeve and a Silicon Pad in the middle provides good support, but the silicon on the side makes the product not so comfortable. There is a thin anti-slip silicone strip at the top of the sleeve but because the strip is too thin it is not ideal and the sleeve sometimes slides down.
This knee sleeve is longer than the average length of the sleeve we tested, it was difficult to put on and take off compared to other sleeves. It fits under long pants but because of its length it creates relatively high compression and is not pleasant to wear for a long time.

THE BOTTOM LINE
While this product is made of good materials and is lightweight, the long length of the sleeve makes putting on and taking it off uncomfortable. The silicone straps on the sides give support but are not as comfortable as side springs. The upper silicone strip is too thin and does not provide a very good grip and the knee sleeve may roll down. In our opinion, making the top of the knee sleeve wider or shortening its length would result in a more comfortable application and removal experience.

Our pick for the leading knee sleeve: Wonder Steps knee sleeve
Our pick for the leading knee sleeve is the Wonder Steps Knee Sleeve. It is comfortable to wear, provides excellent comfort, is not suffocating due to the breathable fabric and stays in place during exercise, this means it does not slip during intense sweaty exercise. This sleeve offers support and comfort during workouts, running and other active activities.
The benefits of knee sleeves
Knee sleeves are designed to provide stability and support during activities such as workout and running. Knee sleeves that are actually going to last for a significant period of time should be made of quality material/fabric. In addition, some of them are also designed to fit tightly and smoothly under your pants in a way that allows you to wear them without it being obvious that you have one on, and so that they are comfortable to wear during training or other active activity.
How do i know what the right size for the knee sleeve Is for me?
The average knee sleeve will usually come in multiple sizes that fit different types of people. In order to know which one is best for your size, you will need to take some simple measurements of your leg. Generally, you should measure about 5 and a half inches above your knee to come to about where the middle of your thigh is. Then you just measure the circumference of your thigh. Use the number you get to determine what size is the one for you.
Where can i use the knee sleeve?
The knee sleeve is something you’ll want to wear anywhere, for any workout, no matter what it is. If you go jogging, the knee sleeve will provide support and enhanced stability by minimizing unwanted knee movements. A gym workout will be enhanced by wearing them especially when you are doing intense exercise where you exert an excessive amount of force on your knees. Even a simple walk in your area will feel better thanks to the comfort and support it offers you.
What to look for in knee sleeves?
- Quality Materials
The durability of a product is greatly influenced by the quality of materials used. When a product is crafted from inexpensive materials, it is less likely to have a long lifespan, and the material may not provide adequate support in the desired areas. Opting for high-quality materials is essential to ensure lasting performance and targeted support.
- Proper Fit
A good knee sleeve should fit the knee but not be too tight, so that it actually restricts movement. If the knee sleeve is too tight it will become uncomfortable and ineffective.
- Nonslip Support
For a knee sleeve to be effective, it must be worn correctly and stay securely in place. A good knee sleeve typically features nonslip silicon strips or similar technology that helps to keep the sleeve in the proper position, thereby ensuring optimal support for the knee in the targeted areas.
What To Avoid?
- Wrong Sizes
It is important to take accurate measurements before purchasing a knee sleeve. If the sleeve is too big, it may slide down and if it is too small it will just be uncomfortable to wear. Check the size chart of each product on their websites and make sure you measure and choose a size according to their instructions.
- Thickness
Steer clear of knee sleeves that are excessively thick as they may impede your range of motion, and be uncomfortable during training.
- Costly Price Tag
If you are searching for a quality knee sleeve on the market, exercise caution when faced with unreasonable price tags as they do not necessarily indicate that the product is the top choice.
